Sew Exhausted says it all. Although really I find plenty of time to do what I love. At the top of the list is sewing! I have been sewing for as long as I can remember. My first foray in to the world of stitching was just sewing barbie clothes by hand. My mom sure was not going to let me use her machine! I used scraps of fabric I got from my grandma. My favorite barbie outfit was when I decided I was going to make her a stewardess outfit. Pale blue trimmed in white and a fitted skirt. She was one well dressed barbie!
When I turned 14 I wanted to start sewing “for reals.” I took a Home Ec class in school and made placemats for my mom and a yellow sundress with a little eyelet jacket. After that I could not be stopped!
Now I sew for me and my girls. I am doing my best to challenge myself to grow as a seamstress. Goals for myself are to make some of my own patterns and dabble in couture sewing! I also love to quilt… and have about 15 in various parts of my house! Although I have gone back to sewing clothing I still do my best to find time for a quilt or 2!
I have a beautiful family that I just adore- 3 daughters and a son. I enjoy red wine, a good craft beer, reading and watching Netflix. My latest series is Miss Fishers Murder Mysteries. She has some GORGEOUS clothes!

Hi,
I wonder where is the fabric pile located?
Thank you
It was in Los Angeles in the Fabric district- Unfortunately I don’t have the address. The last time I visited though the fabric pile was no more! I was sad!
